In your new role as a business sales administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the sales reps to build relationships with customers.
- Looking after orders and providing support and after-sales support.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Passing qualified leads to relevant departments if necessary.
- Liaising with internal teams as required.
- Setting up new customers on the system.
- Quickly handle smaller opportunities through to closing.
- Developing the capability to manage the entire sales process end to end
- Invoicing customers
- Ordering stock and updating databases
