In your new role as a business sales administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the sales reps to build relationships with customers.
  • Looking after orders and providing support and after-sales support.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements.
  • Passing qualified leads to relevant departments if necessary.
  • Liaising with internal teams as required.
  • Setting up new customers on the system.
  • Quickly handle smaller opportunities through to closing.
  • Developing the capability to manage the entire sales process end to end
  • Invoicing customers
  • Ordering stock and updating databases
