We are looking for someone with accounts and purchasing experience who is also happy to be front of house on reception.
As a business administrator you will be responsible for answering the phones, responding to emails, taking in bound deliveries. You will also need be able to produce purchase orders, batch and enter purchase invoices and match and enter delivery notes and supplier statements onto the Job Costing system and Sage Line 50 (Sage experience preferred - full training will be given).
Once fully trained you will be managing the reception with support on hand on the phone and via MS teams.
You will work Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm so will manage to skip that end of work traffic.
