This role gives the successful candidate the opportunity to grow within the role and gradually take on further responsibility to excel within the company.

The working hours are 9am- 5pm, Monday- Friday + On Call Duties 

Responsibilities:

  • Advertise current job opportunities on internal system.
  • Taking initial queries from clients and staff.
  • Research potential leads and send company literature to potential new clients.
  • Shadow visit clients to discuss any issues in relation to the care packages.
  • Establish and maintain care packages.
  • Supporting the resourcing and interview process for applicants.
  • Attend client visits with the Field Care Manager.
  • Interview perspective health care assistants.
  • Carry out supervision and job chats for field staff.

Personal Specification:

  • Proven experience in a business sales role.
  • Team Player respecting other team members
  • Good communication skills both with internal and external customers
  • Customer focused
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • To be able to react positively to changing working practices and environment
