Initially this role will start off in an administration support capacity but the desire to evolve your position will show us the type of candidate you are.

Are you social media savvy with some creative flair? Why? Because as part of the role you will be getting involved in creating eye catching Canva designs and be able to write snappy and engaging adverts to capture the best talent in the market. As such a strong command of the English language, spelling and grammar is required.

You will be working for Charlie, who is super experienced having worked for Ambitions for 5 years and she will teach you the recruitment process, passing on her knowledge to help you develop into a successful part of the team.

Getting to know candidates is a big part of the role so being inquisitive (or nosey) is definitely a pre-requisite. Finding out what motivates individuals to find work will be a large part of making successful placements.
