In your new role as an administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving goods and ensure quality is to the standard required.
- Book parts and information on internal system
- Check the purchase orders against the internal system
- Upload invoices onto Odoo
- Update part prices on the systems
- Perform own stock take by rack
- Report stock take finding to manager
- Book shipment information on the system
- Create shipping documents internal systems
- Ensure all invoice and documentation is filled correctly
- Pick part orders from stock
- Send invoice to customer upon delivery
