Office Administrator - Grantham - Permanent
Monday - Friday, 3pm finish on Fridays
£20,000 to £21,000 (dependent on experience)
Our well established client based in Grantham is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their busy ever growing team. This is a fast paced and dynamic role working across various areas of the business assisting with a variety of functions.
Your duties will include the following;
- Processing telephone calls efficiently and effectively to the relevant departments.
- Reception duties, the first point of contact for all incoming queries.
- Maintain and promote social media channels and any relevant marketing administration.
- General secretarial duties, supporting the Directors and Senior Management team.
- Support HR with administration tasks.
- Support sales, after-sales and service team with general administration duties with data processing, packing orders and arranging delivery.
- Management of correspondence via phone, email, post inclusive of distribution and despatch of post etc.
- To maintain a record of office stationary and supplies, to record and keep up-to-date
- Frank all outgoing mail ready for collection and/or take to local Post Office.
The ideal candidate will;
- Be a strong Administrator with previous experience in a similar position
- Have excellent customer service skills with the ability to liaise effectively by telephone, email and face-to-face
- Be flexible and willing to assist where needed in the business possibly in different departments, a great team player
- Have experience using Social Media platforms
