Administrator required for an independent, family business, creating packaging solutions for household names like IKEA. These range from bubble wrap, boxes, bags, and everything in between.

If you want to work somewhere close-knit enough for people to know your name, but which has a first-class reputation in their industry, this is the place for you.

We are looking to appoint a self-motivated and commercially orientated Administrator, to deal with all aspects of Administration, working closely with the sales, distribution, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise customer sales invoices
  • Meet and greet site visitors
  • Raise and investigate credit notes
  • Set up new customers
  • Investigate stock differences

You will have relevant Administrator experience and quick to learn the new computer system.

You will be self-motivated and proactive in getting your sleeves rolled up, be able to work independently and creatively problem-solve. You'll be pragmatic in ensuring deadlines are met and be able to manage multiple priorities.

A good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages is essential as well as the ability and comfort working with other systems and software together with confidence in evaluating and extracting data.

You will need to have excellent written English and verbal communication skills, intermediate Excel skills and be able to effectively work with a wide range of stakeholders and staff.

Experience or knowledge of the packaging industry would be advantageous.

We offer a 37.5-hour working week and this role will be based in the Peterborough office.
