How do you like the sound of managing a busy service desk? Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm?
You will be working for a small yet very successful family run business which has been established since 2007.
This is a customer service/administration based role where you will do a lot of:
• Meeting and greet all customers to the reception area.
• Answering telephone enquiries to the business.
• Liaising between customers and other garage staff.
• Ensure reception areas are well presented at all times.
There will be times when you'll need to pick up the phone and speak to suppliers and coordinate work accordingly.
You will be using a bespoke system where full training will be given so nothing to stress about. If there is a time where you are unsure of something you have been asked to do just ask for help.
It’s in Mansfield so no need to worry about needing transport. There is a massive free carpark if you do want to drive.
