As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be at the forefront of optimising the accounts payable processes, ensuring seamless implementation of new systems. This is a hands-on role where you’ll set the tone for excellence, accuracy, and efficiency, while driving continuous improvement across the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversea the entire accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Lead the ongoing implementation and refinement of the paperless AP systems.
- Identify and spearhead process improvements, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual tasks.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure prompt resolution of payment issues.
- Ensure accurate financial records are kept, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including transport, production, and operations, to streamline.
