We are recruiting for a Recruitment Account Manager to be responsible for our prestigious warehousing client based in Frating.
Reporting to our Directors, this pivotal role will include building effective relationships with key contacts, whilst managing and delivering the supply of a high volume, fluctuating temporary workforce ensuring service levels are met and our client’s expectations exceeded.
Working at a strategic level with a forward thinking and innovative approach to devise and implement successful recruitment and retentions strategies, together with line managing and developing the operational team on site and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders within our local branches.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and proactive leader and possess excellent organisational and communication skills.
A background in large scale warehousing or logistics operations is ideal, together with knowledge of recruitment.

Due to the nature of the industry, flexibility to work varying hours and days to cover a 24/7 operation is required, particularly during peak season between September and January. Outside of peak, normal working hours will usually be Monday to Friday 06.00am to 14:00pm with some requirement to be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
