We are currently recruiting for an Account Consultant to be based between at our client’s premises in Grantham and our high street office. This dual role is an exciting opportunity will involve being responsible for the delivery of our service to our client, and managing a flexible workforce of around 150 people. The role will also involve supporting the office in the recruitment of temporary workers, including resourcing, inducting and administration.
The role will include building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external customers, producing management reports, together with coordinating the supply of a high volume, fluctuating workforce on a daily basis ensuring service levels are met and our client’s expectations exceeded.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role and flexible approach to work is essential. The successful candidate must be a competent user of Microsoft Office, to include Excel, and is suited to someone with a background in recruitment and account management
Hours of work: 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Flexibility required to cover early, and late shifts as required from time to time.
Candidates must be a confident user of Microsoft Office - including Excel, and have previous relevant experience encompassing these core elements:
• Excellent inter-personal skills
• Strong customer services skills
• Good organisation skills
• Excellent administration skills
