I joined Ambitions in April 2022 as a Commercial Recruitment Resourcer for the Derby branch, covering Derbyshire and Staffordshire. Prior to joining Ambitions, I studied Criminology at university and then worked with children and teenagers with emotional and behavioural difficulties in a range of different settings. I really enjoyed being able to support others and help them achieve their goals in life, which is why I wanted to branch out into recruitment. I am definitely a people person and feel great satisfaction in getting to know new people. I am hoping to eventually progress within the company to become a Recruitment Consultant.
