Training Division Manager

I joined the Training Division of Ambitions Personnel in January 2019 as Training Manager, I bring to the post 10 years’ experience of training & development in a variety of accredited and non-accredited training solutions and different programmes.

Prior to moving into training & development, I worked in recruitment for 9 years, primarily with permanent commercial placements, I used this knowledge and experience to deliver recruitment apprenticeships nationally.

I enjoy the diversity of my role, the ability to look at the needs of an individual and the business to find solutions. I feel passionate about the relationship between gaining knowledge and upskilling for personal development and long-term benefits.
