Emma Williamson

Recruitment Consultant

I joined the Ambitions' Colchester branch in January 2020. I specialise in the recruitment of temporary and permanent commercial roles across Colchester and the surrounding areas.

I have been in recruitment for nearly 5-years and have experience in running successful temporary, contract and permanent desks.

I love recruitment as it’s varied, exciting and no two days are the same! My strengths are building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

I am excited to be working with Ambitions and look forward to seeing what my future holds within the business.

  • The Best In The Recruitment Game

Emma is amazing at what she does! I have really struggled to find a role for myself and as soon as I got in contact with her, within a week she found me something. I can't thank Emma enough for all the support she has given me. She is friendly, professional and really put my interests before anything, The best in the recruitment game!

  • I'd make no hesitation in recommending Emma for any recruitment needs

After a long period out of work following redundancy, I was contacted by Emma. Within a single week I was back in work on a temporary basis, but once again earning money and being able to provide for my family. This isn't the first time she's helped me and I'd make no hesitation in recommending her for any recruitment needs you may have.

  • Proactive, Friendly and Genuinely Caring

I have been looking for a job for over a month, dealing with various recruiters in this time. I can say Emma has been the only one who has been proactive, friendly and has come across as genuinely caring. I got a job within a week. Would definitely recommend.

  • Thank You For Your Professionalism

I’ve been fortunate enough to be offered a job and will be starting in September.   I just wanted to say thank you for your professionalism. I contacted several recruitment companies of which some I never heard back from after calls and emails. However, you took the time to discuss what you had and time scales of when we would talk again, which is much more than anyone else.   If anything changes in the future, you will be my first port of call.
