As a complex needs practitioner, you will be working a 37-hour week, which will include day shifts, night shifts and weekends based on a rota system. You will be providing support and helping to guide the service users as well as helping to promote independence and work alongside management.
This role will require you to have a full UK driving licence and upon hiring will need to complete a DBS check.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Plan and review support plans
- Complete and update risk assessments
- Working with the management team to develop and deliver alternative ways of supporting a young person where more regular means of support has failed or is likely to fail.
- Develop tools and resources for working with young people to manage and/or change behaviour.
- Build positive relationships to enhance successful engagement.
This role is paying between £24,000 - £26,000 per annum.
