    Job Description

    Our client is looking for an ambitious individual to join their growing sales team that will thrive in a sales-driven environment; this opportunity would suit a self-motivated, ambitious, persistent individual who is looking for a unique opportunity to be part of an integral management team.

    Based on the outskirts of Grantham this is a newly created role and great opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to join this well established business and put their ‘own stamp’ on the role. 

    You will be idea savvy and innovate with an entrepreneurial flare.

    You will be responsible for developing and nurturing the brand and ensuring the brand is loyal, encouraging generation of ideas for potential new business, products and services.

    Working in the utilities / construction industry with all product training provided you will be required to engage with lapsed, warm, existing and cold clients by proactively making outbound calls. You will also have the opportunity to meet with the client face to face and visit the client’s premises. 

    You will be part of a large operational team and oversea the sale from beginning to completion. Working closely with pricing, design, project and operations you will oversee the clients activity alongside the existing Account Managers and Sales Administrator.

    Person Specifications

    • Experience of delivering consultancy services
    • Prior experience in B2B and B2C
    • Experience in working with CRM databases and social networking
    • Ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external customers – must have good customer care skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Good organisational skills
    • Analytical and problem solving with ability to make decisions
    • Proficiency with Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
    • Strong team player
    • Pursuing Professional Excellence
    • Full UK driving licence
