    Job Description

    Our client based in the middle of Grantham and Newark is looking to hire a Temporary to Permanent Receptionist Administrator to support the operations team with a variety of Administration duties.

    Alongside meeting and greeting site visitors you will also be responsible for managing the training matrix. As a confident excel user you will be required to scheduled, book and organise any required training which requires excellent attention to detail and a very methodical approach to your workload.

    Working hours:  08:30-17:00 Monday – Friday.

    Due to the location of the role you will have to have access to your own transport. Our client is a small, friendly; family ran business that is growing rapidly due to continued success across the Engineering sector. You will be articulate with Customers and meet and greet all visitors whilst offering Administrative support to the Sales and Engineering teams.   

    Your main duties:

    ·         Answering high volume incoming calls and directing as necessary 

    ·         Maintaining the training matrix

    ·         Coordinating and scheduling of training

    ·         Inputting invoices

    ·         Inputting data onto the internal database

    ·         Handling customer requests and enquiries

    ·         Chasing sales quotes on behalf of customers

    ·         Maintaining good customer relations with internal colleagues and site visitors

    ·         Maintaining client records


    Person Specifications

    ·         Understanding of numeric data and proven experience using excel

    ·         A confident excel user

    ·         Used to working in a fast paced office environment

    ·         Well presented

    ·         Good communication skills

    ·         Confident approach to work, thorough and collaborative

    ·         Excellent Customer service skills
